All artworks are described to the best of our ability, including medium, dimensions, and condition. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay — we never charge more after purchase.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email once payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing error, with a full refund of any amounts paid.

Size, frame, and edition options are shown on each product page with their corresponding prices. Final details are confirmed at checkout, and selected options appear on the order confirmation.

All artwork images, product photography, text, and design on this site are owned by AZ Gallery or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer its copyright or reproduction rights.

Original artworks include a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist or AZ Gallery. Provenance details accompany works where available. If a certificate is ever lost, contact us and we will assist in issuing a replacement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Gallery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.

We may revise these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
